My Quilt, Vineyard Blocks

So, I started this quilt last summer. I did all the cutting and assembly of the main block (48) which consisted of (16)  2-1/2" squares then it got packed away. Now I have resumed work on it with a few interruptions but I got it all pieced together First I assembled four of the first blocks to make one large block.

It passed the inspection by Tommy Blue.

I have the first border sewn on

Here's the second border with the same fabric as the first border for the binding. So I can't decide how to finish the border. Just as is or should I sewn in corner blocks? I think I want to do that just to give it more character?

Same green fabric in the corner

Purple too pink I think

Or Ivory and do some applique of grapes and leaves in the squares

An update will follow.
